The Lycoming College music department will hold a Concert at Noon featuring Jason Laczkoski, D.M.A., adjunct music instructor, on Thursday, Nov. 21, in Mary Lindsay Welch Honors Hall.
This recital will showcase both the lyrical and virtuosic capabilities of the soprano and alto saxophones in a variety of contemporary literature. Laczkoski will play works by Jacques Charpentier, John C. Worley, Robert Muczunski and Russell Peterson. He will be joined for this recital by Amanda Gunderson, D.M.A., Lycoming visiting assistant professor of music, on piano, and Anna E. Draper on the violin.
Laczkoski earned a bachelor’s degree in music from Mansfield University, and a master’s degree and D.M.A. from the University of Iowa.
